Herve Francois held positions as a Financial Analyst and Institutional Salesperson at Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, and several other firms over a 23-year career on Wall Street.
Since becoming a real estate investor in 2018, Herve has personally participated in over 15 real estate transactions totaling over $3M. In addition, Herve is a Limited Partner in three multifamily syndications totaling over $75M and is a General Partner in DeRosa Capital 11.
